Lake Waccamaw is located eleven miles east of Whiteville, N.C. and thirty-eight miles west of Wilmington, N.C. on U.S. 74. From U.S. 74, turn south (right if you’re coming from Whiteville, left from Wilmington) at the Lake Waccamaw Boys and Girls Homes’ sign. Go as straight as possible for 0.75 miles to the lake. Turn left at the lake and proceed 0.75 miles to Camp.
